How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Items must be in their original condition, exactly as received.
• The customer is responsible for shipping fees if the return is requested via courier and there is no defect in the item.
• Mens Track covers the return shipping cost only if there is a defect and the item is the only product in the order. If there are other undamaged items in the same order, Mens Track will not cover the return shipping but will cover the cost of resending the replacement item.

Returns via Courier

• A courier will be dispatched to collect the item.
• Once the item reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.
• This process usually takes 5–7 business days.
• After inspection, the refund will be processed using the original payment method (not via the courier).
